A car crash in my 20s slowed me down considerably, and I learnt that the best way to manage my pain was to keep moving. I sought out various complimentary therapies to help me, and this fuelled my desire to learn more about how the body works and how movement contributes to its wellbeing.
I now have over 18 years of experience working with people of all ages and from all walks of life.
I have a diploma in Sports Therapy, Neurokinetic Therapy and other diplomas and certificates in massage, Pilates, active release techniques, muscle energy techniques, CranioSacral therapy, the Dorn Method, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (FAKTR), Functional Therapy and Fascial Manipulation. More recently I have been studying P-DTR and I am looking forward to learning Cellular Release Therapy to further complement my skill set.
You can find out more about these therapies here.
