After a car accident in my 20’s I found ways to manage discomfort through movement and exercise. This sparked a passion for learning about the human body and mind which is ongoing. I have learnt that the the human body is inherently strong and that you can change your experience of injury or discomfort in the body with gentle interventions.
I now have over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages and from all walks of life.
Influences in my work are sports therapy, pilates, functional movement, craniosacral therapy, massage, kinesiology, neurology and hypnotherapy.
